Choose Packaging: We use materials that keep your ceramics safe, like: Reusable Paper Wrap, for wrapping and protecting each item, Foam Inserts, to cushion and fill empty spaces, Sturdy Boxes, to securely hold everything.
Wrap It Up: Each ceramic piece is carefully wrapped, with extra layers for the more fragile ones.
Boxing and Labeling
Boxing: The wrapped ceramics are placed snugly in a sturdy shipping box, with foam inserts to prevent movement.
Labeling: We attach clear, accurate shipping labels, including: Your address and the recipient’s address. Handling instructions if the contents are fragile.
Quality Check
Final Inspection: Before sealing the box, we check that everything is packed properly.
Seal the Box: We use strong packing tape to ensure your package is secure.
Shipping and Documentation
Select Carrier: We pick a reliable carrier based on the delivery time and cost.
Generate Label: The shipping label is printed and securely attached to your package.
Additional Documents: For international orders, we’ll also handle any customs forms.
Dispatch
Drop Off or Pickup: Your package is either dropped off or picked up by the carrier.
Track Your Order: We monitor your shipment and send you tracking info so you can follow its journey.
