Please share an unpacking video of your product with our customer support team right after receiving it. We’ll review the video and process your refund or exchange within 48 hours.
Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately with the unpacking video. We’ll offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Non-Refundable Items:
Custom orders and sale items are final sale and can’t be refunded or exchanged, unless damaged.
Conditions for Returns:
Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 2 days of approval. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
